El n\u00famero de \u00e1rbitros ser\u00e1 de <bdt class=\"question\">uno (1)<\/bdt>. La sede, o lugar legal, o de arbitraje ser\u00e1  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\">Estambul<\/bdt>,  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\">Turqu\u00eda<\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt><\/bdt>. No obstante lo anterior, nos reservamos el derecho, a su costa, de asumir la defensa exclusiva <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> y el control de cualquier asunto por el que deba indemnizarnos, y usted acepta cooperar, a su costa, con nuestra defensa <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> de dichas reclamaciones. Su coordinador m\u00e9dico ser\u00e1 el enlace directo con el m\u00e9dico. El cliente no tiene derecho a reembolso si decide cancelar la operaci\u00f3n el mismo d\u00eda. El cliente no tiene derecho a recuperar su dinero en caso de cancelaci\u00f3n forzosa de la operaci\u00f3n por parte de la cl\u00ednica u hospital, la cancelaci\u00f3n forzosa de la operaci\u00f3n se produce cuando el cliente padece una enfermedad infecciosa, o est\u00e1 enfermo de alguna de las enfermedades que impiden la operaci\u00f3n, como tensi\u00f3n arterial, diabetes, cardiopat\u00edas, etc sin mencionarnos previamente qu\u00e9 enfermedad padece. El conductor tambi\u00e9n se encargar\u00e1 de trasladarle del hotel al hospital y viceversa hasta que finalice su viaje m\u00e9dico y le enviar\u00e1 de vuelta al aeropuerto. NOTA: ( No se pagan tasas ni cargos al conductor ) Alojamiento en el hotel: Al llegar al hotel se le entregar\u00e1 una habitaci\u00f3n, y deber\u00e1 pagar 100 d\u00f3lares USD que le ser\u00e1n devueltos al salir del hotel si no se consume nada del MINI-BAR En caso de que se consuma algo del MINI-BAR que se encuentre en la habitaci\u00f3n se le descontar\u00e1 el costo del art\u00edculo y se le devolver\u00e1 el resto del importe (100 d\u00f3lares USD) Los precios de los art\u00edculos del MINI-BAR est\u00e1n listados en la habitaci\u00f3n y no est\u00e1n incluidos en el alojamiento del hotel. El hotel sirve el desayuno en el restaurante de la casa, y cuando pida la comida a su habitaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 pagarla. NOTA (El desayuno es gratuito) Si decide prolongar su estancia en el hotel, le rogamos nos lo comunique al menos con un d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n para que podamos ampliar su reserva y as\u00ed evitar pagar m\u00e1s, ya que el hotel nos ofrece una tarifa especial y las noches extra se colocan para nosotros. El hotel ofrece servicios de pago como lavander\u00eda, planchado, etc...
