Dr. Gokmen Güçer was born in Erzurum in 1978. He completed his primary and secondary education in Izmir, graduating from Bornova Anatolian High School in 1997. Later, he earned his medical degree from Harran University Faculty of Medicine in 2006.
Throughout his medical journey, he pursued multiple training programs and certifications both in Turkey and abroad.
